Project Overview

Pink Sky Investments needed a site that could talk to two completely different audiences at once investors looking to put real money into deals, and residents who actually live in the properties Pink Sky manages. That’s a harder split than it sounds, since one group needs to feel confident handing over capital, and the other just needs to pay rent and submit a maintenance request without hunting for a login button.

The Challenge

Real estate investment sites live or die on trust, and that’s doubly true here since Pink Sky is a female-led firm operating in an industry that’s still mostly run by men the site needed to establish credibility fast, without ever feeling like it was overcompensating or leading with that fact instead of the actual track record.

The dual-login setup was its own problem. Investors and residents needed completely separate portals, and burying either one in a generic “login” dropdown would have frustrated exactly the people who needed fast access most.

Our Strategy

We built the site around Pink Sky’s actual values and mission first sustainable growth, integrity, accountability stated plainly instead of buried in an about page nobody scrolls to. Minal’s leadership is front and center, not tucked into a team page as an afterthought.

For the dual-audience problem, we split investor and resident logins clearly at the top of the site from the start, so neither group has to guess or dig. Investors get their own path toward “Invest With Us,” residents get a direct line to their property portal, and neither experience gets in the other’s way.

Services Delivered

  • WordPress development
  • Custom homepage and brand identity
  • Investor and resident portal integration
  • Portfolio/projects showcase
  • Core values and mission pages
  • Team page
  • Blog setup
  • Mobile-responsive build

Creative Process

A lot of the early conversations were about tone Pink Sky wanted to sound confident and established without sounding like every other real estate firm’s stock “trusted partner” language. We leaned into specific, plainly-stated values instead of vague promises, since that read as more credible for a firm asking people to actually invest money.

Results

  • Clear separation between investor and resident experiences
  • Founder and leadership positioned front and center
  • Values-driven messaging that reads as genuine, not generic
  • Organized portfolio/projects section for past deals
  • Streamlined path to both investing and property access

Conclusion

The site now does the harder job real estate investment sites usually skip serving two very different visitors well, without either one feeling like an afterthought.
